Ocular Oncology Events Calendar 2024

Attending educational events is important for any aspiring ocular oncologist. The Victoria Cohen Eye Cancer Charitable Trust has created a useful calendar of relevant events which we hope will help you to plan your year and your diary.

The winner of the Victoria Cohen Scholarship 2024 is Dr. Sayed Mansoor Sediqi from the University Eye Teaching Hospital, Kabul, Afghanistan.

The Victoria Cohen Eye Cancer Charitable Trust is grateful to Jeremy Hunt MP for his support as Patron. Victoria knew Jeremy as a friend and would have welcomed his efforts to raise awareness of the need for more ocular oncologists in the world.

Dr. Vijitha Vempuluru, winner of the first Victoria Cohen Scholarship, now works at the LV Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad, India. Here she provides an update on her work in ocular oncology since completing her fellowship at the Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, USA.
