Applications for this year’s Victoria Cohen Scholarship came from countries including Afghanistan, Australia, Brazil, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Israel, Mali, Nepal, Taiwan, Tanzania, and Turkey. The Judging Panel, made up of six leading ocular oncologists, is now reviewing the applications and will draw up a shortlist by the end of the month.

The Trustees of the Victoria Cohen Eye Cancer Charitable Trust are delighted that the charity attracts applications from all over the world. The Victoria Cohen Scholarship is open to all aspiring ocular oncologists in need of financial support for their fellowship, regardless of where they are from. Eye cancer is a terrible disease; the world needs more ocular oncologists.
The deadline for next year’s award is 31st December 2025.
