We are delighted to welcome Dr. Eugenia Ramos onto the Victoria Cohen Scholarship 2026 programme, having won against tough competition.
As winner she will join a fellowship at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center in the United States. After that, Dr Eugenia hopes to return to Mexico to pursue ocular oncology – which is a very underserved area of medicine.
