I’m writing to share some wonderful news and to express my deepest gratitude for your incredible support during my ocular oncology fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital, which I completed on May 18, 2026. I am so grateful for everything the Victoria Cohen Eye Cancer Charitable Trust has done for me.
Working with Dr. Carol Shields was truly transformative. The chance to dive into such complex cases and research has been amazing for my growth as a clinician and researcher.
I am so excited to share that this fellowship has paved the way for me to return home to India and establish the very first dedicated ocular oncology service in Kerala at Chaithanya Eye Hospital and Research Institute. This has been a dream come true for me, and your support truly made it a reality. Additionally, I am currently exploring opportunities to establish an oncology clinic in West Bengal to further expand care in my home country.
